Single Storey Rear Extension

This single storey extension involved the installation of a 5m long steel UB across the entire rear width of the terraced building providing an additional 10 m2 of kitchen/dining space.

 

The project included the preparation of design calculations suitable for building control, detailed construction drawings, material specifications and liaison with Kingston Council building controllers.
